She combines independence with an in-depth experience of regional legal issues both from the perspective of legal counsel and as an arbitrator in Dubai.
As a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Anja keeps abreast of developments in arbitration practice and procedure both internationally and within the region. Anja is also a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Anja is a UK-qualified lawyer with many years of experience in a leading City firm as well as a decade of regional private practice and in-house experience primarily in corporate, commercial, real estate and family business matters. During this time she has also sat as an independent arbitrator in numerous DIAC and DIFC-LCIA commercial, construction and real estate arbitrations in Dubai.
